Solver AI Suite pricing policy is based on two factors -the number of records processed and the number of add-ons. In order to start with the right plan, you need to select the number of data records processed under the given plan and then select the appropriate add-on if needed.
How do we charge add-ons?
As part of our platform, we have developed numerous plugins for specific purposes. All of them are charged individually and you could see the whole add-on offer here.
Can I upgrade my current plan?
Yes, any plan that you start with could be easily upgraded to the bigger one.
Do I pay monthly or yearly?
The pricing is lower for a yearly subscription compared to a monthly payment. You pay for the period of your choice ahead, so you will be issued an invoice for the month ahead if you choose monthly. If you choose a yearly plan, you will be issued an invoice for the one year ahead.
Is there a Free plan?
Solver AI Suite has a Free plan that is defined under “Micro” which includes up to 10k records (the record is counted as Customer, Contact or Interactions depending on a product) completely free of charge (additional records are charged per given scale). You can have as many users as you wish in any plan, as the Client role is not chargeable.
